bdi88 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bdi88", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the bdi88 platform accessible at https://bdi88.io and all associated services, products, and tools offered thereunder.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the bdi88 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created on the bdi88 platform through which the player accesses games, deposits funds, and requests withdrawals.
• "Platform" — refers to the bdi88 website, mobile web interface, and any application or service through which bdi88 gaming and betting products are delivered.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a player's bdi88 account, including real-money funds and any active bonus funds, each tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded to a player's account as part of a bonus offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the multiple of a bonus amount that a player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by bdi88 prior to processing withdrawal requests or as otherwise requested.
• "BDT" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all bdi88 transactions are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bdi88 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bdi88 Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bdi88 platform and close your account by contacting bdi88 customer support.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bdi88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of account use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdi88 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or place wagers under any circumstances.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your personal capacity, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online casino or sports betting services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of bdi88 or any of its software providers, payment processors, or affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

bdi88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of bdi88 services, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile phone number registered in your name.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. bdi88 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate account activity.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members.
• You must notify bdi88 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bdi88 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to protect their credentials with reasonable care.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdi88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage access. KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request and may also be triggered at any point during account use at bdi88's discretion.

Documents that may be requested as part of the KYC process include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your current residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator bill).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds, such as a screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account clearly showing your name and mobile number.
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by the bdi88 compliance team.

bdi88 will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within two business days of receiving a complete documentation package. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold during the KYC review period. bdi88 is not liable for any delays in processing withdrawals that result from incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation submitted by the player.

6 Deposits

bdi88 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available or withdrawn from time to time at bdi88's discretion.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your bdi88 account and are subject to change without prior notice.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to the player's account balance instantly upon confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on processing times at the originating bank.
• bdi88 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges; bdi88 is not responsible for any such third-party fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the account balance. Players are advised to verify deposit amounts carefully before confirming any transaction.

7 Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time through the cashier section of their bdi88 account, provided that their account has been fully verified under the KYC process described in Section 5 and no pending wagering requirements remain on their balance.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with bdi88's return-to-source policy.
• Processing times for verified accounts are typically 15 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to one business day for bank transfers.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• bdi88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that occur shortly after a large deposit, or that trigger automated risk management flags.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full and the bonus has converted to real-money status.

In the event that a player's account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or any other policy breach, bdi88 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending the outcome of the investigation. bdi88 will communicate the existence of any such hold to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

bdi88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000, seasonal promotions, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria, which may include account age, verification status, deposit history, and geographic location, are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be transferred to the real-money balance and subsequently withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire automatically at the end of the validity period if requirements have not been met.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are stated in the promotion terms. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages.
• bdi88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any wagering already completed under a modified promotion will be honoured at the original terms.

9 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the bdi88 platform — including live casino titles, slots, instant games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the individual game or market as displayed within the game interface or betting section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the bdi88 system, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or disconnection during gameplay, bdi88's server-side records shall be the definitive record of the game state and outcome. bdi88 is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnections or technical failures attributable to the player's own device or internet connection.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of placing a wager.
• Live dealer games are governed by the rules and procedures of the relevant game provider (Evolution Gaming or Ezugi). bdi88 does not operate live dealer studios directly and is not responsible for dealer errors; however, bdi88 will liaise with the provider on the player's behalf where a legitimate dispute arises.
• Sports betting results are determined by official competition results. bdi88 reserves the right to void bets in markets where the result is unclear, the event is abandoned, or where pricing errors are identified prior to settlement.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdi88 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of any third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with bdi88.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or pricing errors in any game or betting market for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to circumvent bdi88's responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion systems, or account closure procedures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdi88 customer support staff or other players in any communication channel.

11 Responsible Gaming

bdi88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. bdi88 provides the following tools, all of which are accessible from the account settings panel without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your bdi88 account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period, after which no further wagers can be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bdi88 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the chosen exclusion period.

12 Privacy & Data

bdi88 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your consent, except where required by law, regulation, or court order, or where necessary to process your transactions through approved payment processors.

bdi88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all pages of the platform and applies industry-standard security protocols to its data storage and access control systems. However, no system of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and bdi88 cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to the platform over public networks.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdi88 platform — including but not limited to the bdi88 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of bdi88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bdi88 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any bdi88 content without the express prior written consent of bdi88.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdi88 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with the use of the bdi88 platform, even if bdi88 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

bdi88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdi88 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that all games will be error-free, or that server infrastructure will be free from technical failure. bdi88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service in the event of an outage but accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform unavailability.

15 Account Suspension & Termination

bdi88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass or complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other form of dishonest activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider related to the player's account.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, bdi88 will return any verified real-money balance to the player via the player's registered payment method, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to bdi88 or subject to forfeiture under these Terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus play are not returnable upon account closure for breach of these Terms.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting bdi88 customer support. Voluntary account closures are processed within two business days.

16 Amendments to These Terms

bdi88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least seven days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

The date of the most recent version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document and on the bdi88 website. Continued use of the bdi88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

17 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the bdi88 platform's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.

In the event of any dispute between a player and bdi88, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through bdi88's internal complaints process as described in Section 18. If the matter cannot be resolved through that process, the player may seek resolution through any applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under local law.
